One of the benefits about owning a Barrett Weimaraners puppy is that I’m happy to babysit (for free!) whenever families go out of town.
For the owners, they have peace of mind in knowing their dog is safe with me. For me, it’s a good opportunity to evaluate my puppies over time to see how they’re doing. It’s also an opportunity for me to troubleshoot some obedience gaps and do refresher mini-training sessions on an as-needed basis. Puppy owners, paying attention?!?!

This week, we had the fun job of watching Miss Lola for a few days. Just a few photos of her reunion with her mom, Friday, and brother, Boulder.
Miss Lola romping around on the dog bed with her brother, Boulder.
…and the mamma Friday regained her position.
…siblings on the sofa… you can definitely tell they’re related! #identicalfaces
Afternoon nap. That’s their mom in the background.
Couch potatoes!
The adorable twosome.
They were inseparable.
Miss Lola even had no problem stealing her brother’s food. I’m surprised Boulder didn’t mind sharing…
He even walked away from his bowl and let her have the rest of it!
Love.
