Hello, friends! Looks like a I skipped a week. Sorry ’bout that. I had the flu, then got pink eye, then hopped a flight to Orlando, Florida, to pick-up and deliver a puppy for someone. So here’s an update that gets us through the five week mark!
Pups are now weaned, potty trained, and exploring the great outdoors. I’m also starting to see personalities emerge. If I take all their collars off, I can actually tell who everyone is!

Wednesday, May 7, 2014: Puppies in the whelping box.

Thursday, May 8, 2014: Weaning day!!! We started the puppies on warm goat’s milk, and they slurped it up like it was the best thing they’d ever had.

Friday, May 9, 2014: The puppies met with a couple of my friends and their toddler, Mason.
Saturday, May 10th, 2014:

We opened the patio door to let the puppies explore the great outdoors. Some were more adventurous than others.

Friday gets a little reprieve from her babies, who are locked out for the morning.

Mardi Gras wins the award this week for “most adventurous.”
Grass got put into the puppy pen today. Perfect for potty training.
A crate also went in… to start the crate training process!
